The Synology DS925+ is a professional 4-bay NAS, delivered with 4 preinstalled 12 TB Synology HAT5300 drives, providing a total raw capacity of 48 TB. Designed for demanding business environments, this compact NAS combines reliability, performance and full DSM compatibility.

It features an AMD Ryzen V1500B processor (4 cores / 8 threads at 2.2 GHz) and 4 GB DDR4 ECC RAM (expandable to 32 GB). It supports virtualization, multi-site backup, container deployment, and advanced IP surveillance. It can be expanded to 9 drives using a DX525 expansion unit.

The HAT5300 12 TB drives are Enterprise-grade, certified by Synology for high workloads (550 TB/year), with 512 MB cache, 7200 RPM, and full integration with DSM (alerts, monitoring, RAID maintenance, etc.).
