I buy my product from EWALL STORE, you deliver everywhere in Europe, but if my product is broken what do I do?

Synology and Qnap

The Synology or Qnap warranty applies everywhere in Europe.
It is Synology or Qnap technical support that must confirm that your product is faulty and give the return authorization (RMA) of the product. To do this, you must open a support ticket on the manufacturer's website to obtain the product exchange agreement.
We check with Synology or Qnap that there is indeed an RMA granted for your product. We send you the product return procedure. Upon receipt, Synology or Qnap will send you a replacement product that matches your purchase.
For information, after receipt of the defective product, the period for the exchange of the product by the manufacturer, can be up to 4 weeks.
