Synology Moves to Electronic Licensing

Very good news, because Synology is abandoning the distribution of its licenses through the cardboard sleeve.

Now you can be delivered faster with the electronic license delivered through a PDF document with the license key necessary for the activation or extension of a service such as:

• MailPlus,
• Surveillance Station,
• Virtual Machine Manager PRO,
• Virtual DSM,
• extFAT access,
• …

Which should allow the delivery of Synology licenses within the day. Well the first one took 2 days, longer than the cardboard version. But it is certainly the use of the new license process that needs to be mastered
