It features a quad-core ARM Cortex-A55 2.0 GHz CPU and 2 GB DDR4 RAM (non-expandable).
The system is protected by 4 GB dual-boot flash memory, ensuring enhanced reliability.
This version includes two WD Red 6 TB CMR drives, specifically built for 24/7 NAS operation.
Optimized for continuous workloads (180 TB/year) and rated for 1 million hours MTBF, they guarantee high durability and full QNAP compatibility.
The TS-233 offers two SATA 6 Gb/s bays (3.5″ / 2.5″ HDD/SSD), one Gigabit Ethernet port and three USB ports (2 × USB 2.0 + 1 × USB 3.2 Gen 1).
With its integrated NPU, it accelerates AI tasks (face and object recognition via QuMagie), relieving the main CPU.
The TS-233 supports RAID 0 / RAID 1 / JBOD and delivers around 114 MB/s read and 103 MB/s write.
AES-256 hardware encryption ensures data security without compromising performance.
