Level 1 remote assistance on NAS Synology or QNAP, lasting 1 hour for a user residing in Europe.
Scope of remote intervention: troubleshooting problem expertise on a NAS in place.
Languages supported: French and English - Hours from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday.
No physical intervention on site. Does not include hardware replacement.
Response time within 48 hours and planning if an appointment is needed.
Communication costs are the responsibility of the customer.
