We offer a remote installation service for your NAS server to get your experience off to a good start with a SYNOLOGY or QNAP NAS server.
This service is declined according to the time* of implementation/training to allow adaptation to your needs :

Remote Installation Service
  • Install 60′ :
      • NAS networking,
      • OS initialization,
      • Creation of administrator and user accounts,
      • Realization of a network share to allow data storage,
      • Configuration of 1 client station,
      • Overview of backup and creating a backup.
  • Install 90′ :
      • NAS networking,
      • OS initialization,
      • Creation of administrator and user accounts,
      • Presentation of the services available and their uses,
      • Realization of a network share to allow data storage,
      • Configuration of 1 to 2 client stations,
      • Overview of backup and creating a backup.
  • Install 120′ :
      • NAS networking,
      • OS initialization,
      • Creation of administrator and user accounts,
      • Presentation of the services available and their uses,
      • Realization of a network share to allow data storage,
      • Configuration of 1 to 2 client stations,
      • Publication of services on the Internet,
      • Creation of a remote VPN account,
      • Overview of backup and creating a backup.

*The time indicated is estimated based on a user with some computer knowledge. If the training takes longer, certain actions cannot be carried out. At the end of the allotted time, we will estimate with the customer, the points to be reviewed and the additional time necessary to finalize the installation and the training. This additional time must be acquired through one of the 3 installation packs.

Maintenance service in express exchange of a SYNOLOGY or QNAP NAS

We offer an express D+1 exchange service for your NAS and its disks.

Why offer maintenance when a NAS server is guaranteed by the manufacturer for 2 or 3 years depending on the model ?

The warranty is a return to manufacturer warranty, i.e. you must return the equipment in place to the manufacturer through your supplier. This evaluates the fault and replaces the faulty elements. This operation takes about 15 days with a minimum of 3 to 5 days of return transport. This corresponds to an unavailability of your NAS server for approximately 3 to 4 weeks without any time commitment.

The Express exchange service in 3 categories :

  • Express D+1 exchange for the NAS server without disks* in 3-year or 5-year version,
  • Express D+1 exchange for the NAS server with Standard disks* (WD Blue/Red/Purple, Seagate Ironwolf/Skyhawk, etc.) in the 3-year or 5-year version,
  • Express D+1 exchange for the NAS server with Enterprise* disks (WD Red PRO, Ironwolf PRO, Ultrastar, EXOS, etc.) in the 3-year or 5-year version.

We send by express carrier the NAS box or the failed disk directly to the address provided by the user. A transport voucher allows the return of broken down equipment. In the event that the equipment is not returned within 15 days, this will be invoiced to the user.

*The service must be acquired within a maximum of 3 months following the purchase of the product.
